We celebrate the 2500 years old diwali festival & International women’s day through our global retreats, gold diwali gala & events focusing on finding your inner light workshops with core principles of mind-body-soul alignment. while cultivating deep sisterhood networking bonds and giving back to the community in philanthropic missions. Our Diwali Mayoral light awards honors community leaders, small businesses and changemakers & publishes them in our self-published TCD publications magazine.
Role of Diversity
We are all different. Interestingly, the way we see the world is also different. A successful social community in which individuals of different race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, socio-economic status, language, geographical origin bring their different knowledge, background, experience and interest for the benefit of the whole community is the role of diversity for empowering diverse women.

TCD as Diversity
Through the Corporate Diwali’s diverse retreats, events and galas, unity is achieved with the oneness associated with the diwali festival celebrations. We embrace the diverse groups and promote Diwali as a diversity tool as an immigrant's need for self acceptance and bringing it to humanity as one. UNPACKING DEI: Diversity refers to the representation of various identities and differences, be they racial, ethnic, gender, socio-economic, or even cognitive. Equity goes beyond mere equality. While equality ensures everyone gets the same resources, equity is about ensuring that each student gets the resources they need to succeed. Inclusion is the active effort to ensure that diverse individuals are fully engaged and integrated into all aspects of the educational experience.
